Click&Rent, S.L guarantees compliance with current data-protection regulations , set forth in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the LOPD Development Regulation.

Use of this Website entails the acceptance of this privacy policy.

The data obtained will be used for purposes such as establishing user relationships through the website with the aim of maintaining commercial contact, carrying out the company's administrative management tasks , managing and carrying out statistics, as well as any other that may be necessary for the purpose of the service or relating to its publicity via the reproduction of comments provided in satisfaction surveys.

The user expressly grants his/her consent to the communication of his/her personal data to suppliers involved in the provision of our services, as well as to suppliers, couriers, insurers, lawyers and others for the exclusive purpose of appropriately carrying out the service requested.

Click&Rent, S.L is the sole controller of the file and undertakes not to use the data for other purposes nor to illegitimately transfer them to third parties, as well as the confidential processing thereof, applying the technical and organisational security measures to avoid non-authorised access to them, as established in data-protection regulations.

The user may exercise his/her rights of access, modification, cancellation and opposition in agreement with established regulations (ARCO rights). In order to exercise these rights the user should send a written communication, attaching a copy of his/her identification document to prove his/her identity to customercare@clickrent.es , with the details of the request.

The exercising of these rights must be carried out by the user himself/herself. In certain cases they may also however be exercised by someone authorised as the user's legal representative . In such a case, documentation should be provided to prove this authorised representation.
